HOW DO I BUY TICKETS? HERE ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW:
For free visits:
On the home page go to the section ‘Buy tickets’ or from Visit the garden->Buy tickets. Select the desired date, Daily Ticket or Daily Ticket for Functional Diversity (there is specific information about this service in the Functional Diversity section of the website). Choose the type of ticket (normal, registered,…), indicate the number of tickets and click on ‘Book’. Fill in the total number of tickets in the shopping cart. If you have a discount coupon, enter the code. Once the order is complete in the shopping cart, click on ‘Finalise purchase’ to access the payment gateway. Fill in your customer details (only necessary the first time you enter them). Click on ‘Finalise order’. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation/ticket must be presented when you enter the venue, either printed on paper or from the email on your mobile device.
For events/activities:
On the home page access the online shop from ‘Buy tickets’. Select the desired event from the calendar, and choose Daily Ticket or Functional Diversity Daily Ticket (there is specific information about this service in the Functional Diversity section of the website). Choose the type of ticket (normal, registered…), indicate the amount and click on ‘Book’. Fill in the total number of tickets in the shopping cart. If you have a voucher, enter the code. Once the order is complete in the shopping cart, click on ‘Finalise purchase’ to access the payment gateway. Fill in your customer details (only necessary the first time they are entered). Click on ‘Finalise order’. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation/ticket must be presented when you enter the venue, either printed on paper or from the email on your mobile device.
*in case of cancellation of the event by the organiser, the tickets will be refunded.
For school visits:
Contact the Botanical Garden by phone/email. Check date availability. Once availability has been confirmed, we will create a specific event for the chosen day. Make the online purchase of these tickets, following the steps indicated for the online purchase of tickets for events/activities.
*in case of cancellation due to weather conditions with a minimum of 48 hours notice, the tickets will be refunded.
To speed up the entry process and validate tickets more quickly, it is recommended to enter the Garden when the group is fully booked.
NO refunds will be made except in the cases indicated.
