General conditions of the service

All requests must be submitted at least 15 calendar days before the requested date of the event. If no reply is received within this period, the application will be deemed to have been rejected.
The City Council may request from the applicant any information it deems necessary for the resolution of the application.
The reservation of the space for the celebration of the event does not exempt all persons attending the event from paying the entrance fee to the garden.
The reservation of the space does not imply the exclusive use of that space.
Payment for the reservation must be made at least three days before the date of the event. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or force majeure, the amount will be refunded.
It is compulsory to present your ID card at the box office in order to be able to apply the corresponding discounts for registered residents. In the same way, proof of student card is also required.
All elements and equipment to be used will be the responsibility of the organisers of the event and in any case, both the setting up and removal of the same will be the responsibility of the organisers, who must leave the reserved space in the same condition as it was found. Information will be provided on the time needed to set up.
The events will take place during the opening hours of the garden. In the case of requests outside opening hours, a quotation will be provided.

The legislation (health, environmental, etc.) regarding the capacity and holding of events will be complied with at all times.
